Passion for Education
We understand the importance of educating the youth in our community. Our goal is to help them obtain an education that will give them the knowledge and skills to succeed and become life-long learners. We are passionate about creating relevant learning opportunities for students, both inside and outside the classroom,
to improve their lives and communities.
Job Fairs
We’ve had long-standing partnerships with
local schools and organizations to educate and support students and young professionals as they explore career opportunities in the
plastics industry.
Internship Programs
Every summer, our interns gain valuable knowledge and experience that will prepare them for their professional career. Interns are exposed to and responsible for meaningful hands-on projects in an environment that supports growth and development. They
may even get their hands dirty shucking
corn during our annual summer corn roast!
Member Education
We are passionate about our own member education, too! We recognize the value of continuing education and encourage and support members to further enhance their skills and knowledge through continued learning.
Community Involvement
Our commitment to the community remains strong. Through donations of service, sponsorship, and other resources, our members continue to give back and make a difference for the communities where we live and work. Here are some organizations we donate to and are actively involved in.
Hope House
The Hope House is a transitional living facility and community center located in Milwaukee. Their mission is to end homelessness and create healthy communities. Radius members donate toys and household supplies to the Hope House each year.
Lighthouse Youth Center
The Lighthouse Youth Center is a central location in Milwaukee that offers activities and resources to local youth such as assistance with academics and recreational activities.
Little Warrior Foundation
The Little Warrior Foundation has touched Radius members personally. They operate with a simple mission: To fund and find a lasting cure for childhood cancer, specifically Ewing’s Sarcoma. All funds raised are granted to researchers and institutions.
